Frequently Asked questions

  • After we have confirmed I have your event date is still available, a 50% non refundable retainer is due to save your event date. Until your full deposit is received the date will remain open unless other arrangements have been discussed and approved.

  • You will received every image created during our time together. Typically 50 image per hour are captured, with no limits; if your event turns up the fun, your image count goes up too!

  • Yes. Color and light correction are provided on all images.

    No, you will not receive RAW images.

  • As stated in the contract signed before you send your deposit securing your adventure date, all small (less than 3 hours) event galleries will be delivered within three weeks from your adventure event date. Large (4+ hours) event galleries will be delivered four-six weeks from your event date.

  • If your event runs over the time you have booked for creative coverage or there is more entertainment than originally expected, I will remain at your event 30 additional minutes for $200.

    Your ‘Add Additional Time’ fee must be paid before event coverage ends and photographer leaves.

  • All bookings include 45 minutes of travel time (driving.)

    Anything beyond that is $30 per driving hour round-trip.

    4 hour+ drive (each way) will require a hotel stay up to $200.

    7 hour+ drives will require a flight and hotel accommodations.
