I’m a Creative Photographer, your on scene hype woman, & new bestie!

I’m Piper Barney, the creative always with an idea to bring to life. They told me I was crazy when I sold all of my clothes and furniture and moved to the mountains where I knew no one. Born and raised in South Mississippi, exploring beyond the family farm became my number one goal.

I roamed the Wild West for 4 years sleeping with nature, blanketed by every star in the sky. I trekked mountain trails led by glacier fed rivers through vast meadows; just to watch the leaves peak color before they would fade with the fall into a snowy winter season. I fell in love with Earth and its humans.

Being pulled to capture the vivid colors of life, I now have over 13 years of photography experience. I could no longer fight the urges that pulled me to DO ANYTHING FOR THE SHOT... …I followed my creative eye into the uncomfortable abyss, of not knowing how, but knowing with certainty my why- because all I see is art!
